This site is all about losing weight and keeping if off and still enjoying life.  I lost 45 pounds over six months and I have been able to keep it off for 36 months and counting.  I decided to start this website because so many people were asking me how I did it and I wanted to help other people to lose that extra weight.  This site is meant to give you all the tools you need to lose weight and other information I obtained in my quest to remain thin.  I try to give an unbiased opinion based on my personal experience.  I was also able to get rid of most of my medical problems and I have included information on that also.

The one thing I found out during this whole process is you can still enjoy life and remain thin and fit.  That was a big revelation for me since I always had the opposite opinion.  My belief that you can either enjoy life or be healthy but not both turned out not to be true.  I am enjoying life more than ever and I have lost the extra weight and most of my medical problems.
